Boarding Reservation Policies
Buffalo's Best Boarding Facility ! We encourage you to stop in for a tour of our boarding suites!
- Credit card-a credit card is required to hold & guarantee boarding reservations. $40.00 deposit required and will applied toward your pets stay (non-refundable forfeit fee).
- Cancellation policy- There is a $40.00 cancellation fee. If reservation falls a week prior or following a holiday, there is a $80.00 cancellation fee if the suite can not be filled.
- Pick-ups-pick up time is between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Tuesday thru Friday, Saturday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm and Sunday/Mondays 2:00 pm -4:00 pm.
- Holidays- the office is closed all holidays for drop off or pick up.
- Vaccinations-current vaccinations are required for boarding and must include the following: DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella. We also recommend Canine Influenza.
- Vaccine records must be faxed to our office at least 48 hours prior to arrival. If your pet is past due on vaccines, La-De-Da Spa LLC, has the right to refuse for boarding and charge a cancellation fee .Please have your veterinarian fax records to :Fax 716.712.0133
- Belongings-we encourage you to bring any of your pets favorite toys and bedding. All items must be machine washable and labeled in permanent marker with your pets name. Our linens are washed everyday and we want to be sure we are returning your pets cherished belongings. Sorry- raw-hides or bones are not permitted in suites. Remember, every suite has an orthpedic air matress with a plush sheepskin cover.
